Announcing a Partnership between Autism Allies and Elms College
Jul 17, 2023

Autism Allies staff can now further their career in ABA through Elms College in Chicopee, MA.

We are excited to announce that Autism Allies has partnered with Elms College. This is one of the earliest Master of Science programs in Autism Spectrum Disorders in the United States. Our team members can now benefit from exclusive tuition discounts at Elms, including a 20% discount for graduate degree programs in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fields, a 15% discount for undergraduate degree programs, and a 20% discount for master's level courses, regardless of whether they are pursuing a degree.

Elms College offers various courses, including Master of Science Programs in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders. The ABA curriculum emphasizes independent research opportunities with instructors, supervision for practicum hours and courses, and preparation for the BCBA exam integrated throughout the curriculums. Students can complete the courses online or on-campus, with multiple entry points.

Notably, the program has no application fees, offers eligibility for a merit scholarship, and includes an ABAI Verified Course Sequence. Students can finish the program in as little as 5 semesters, either online or on-campus.

Sarah Waltsak, who achieved her MS in ASD with ABA Licensure, shared that she most appreciated the program's supportive professors, welcoming classmates, and tight-knit group. Melany Picard, who also achieved her MS in ASD with ABA Licensure, praised the face-to-face interactions, ongoing support, and encouragement from the instructors, who have high expectations but guide students through the experience.
Elms College offers both online and in-person degree options. Below is the direct link to Elms College's ABA page and a list of upcoming information sessions. Attached is their ABA flyer with the program highlights.

We hope our staff can take advantage of this opportunity to further their career in ABA through Elms College!
