Kimberly Biaginni is a senior behavior analyst overseeing our clients in western Massachusetts. She started working with children on the spectrum 25 years ago, first as a direct care respite provider then a social worker for specialized foster care. Later, she made the transition to focus on children needing support in the school system as an autism specialist. She has been with the Adams Chesire regional school district for the past 14 years both as an autism specialist and now a BCBA.
Kim’s passion are family, the children she works with, kung fu, obstacle course racing and her animals. The last one makes sense if you consider that she lives in the woods of Ashfield in Massachusetts.
Kim’s greatest lessons in life has come from the children that she has worked with. They taught her to look at the simplest thing and find the greatest pleasure and for that she is forever grateful.
